Hotel Policy
Guaranty Policy: Bank deposit of 50% of the total amount is required up to 4 days after
making the reservation, 8 days prior to arrival date. The rest of the amout
will be settled in cash at the Hotel.
Check In: 2:00 PM
Check Out: 1:00 PM
Cancellation Policy:
Cancel at least 5 days prior to arrival to avoid charges.
No Show Policy:
No shows will have a one night charge.
Extra person Policy:
One extra adult allowed in double room.
Kids Policy:
Up to 2 children under 6 years old free of charge sharing room with parents.
Pets Policy:
Pets are not allowed.
Oversold Policy:
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.
Others:
We don't take responsibility for electric failures in the municipality.
